Empathy is a skill essential for understanding social problems, but also critical to ensuring that you develop solutions that actually match the depth and complexity of the problem, and the diverse needs of stakeholders. Participants will engage in a simulation to highlight important pedagogical issues of empathy and agency, and a debriefing session to connect empathy as a skillset to the field of social entrepreneurship education. This simulation is a replicable experience that has been used by hundreds of students across more than 8 countries.
