We have tried and failed at several parenting techniques, but have ultimately come across a number of ideas that work well for us. We have developed a parenting style that works very well for our organization. These parenting skills, when applied universally, make us better parents and better business managers.
Of all of these skills, I’ve found that the ability to continually and unconditionally empathize without judgment is one of the most impactful when developing relationships.
