In January 2015, work began to establish a strategic partnership between Activ8Change and Teaching Empathy Institute (TEI), with Jay Baughan and its Founder David A. Levine.
Every Friday since, on Skype, Jay and David have been developing the structure for supporting skills development in teachers and parents for effectively using emotional intelligence to establish Social Emotional Learning frameworks upon which to build safe emotional learning environments. The SES Model is enriched with over 30-years of David’s proven methodology, training materials and tools from the field of teaching empathy and creating emotionally safe learning environments in North America, The United States and South America.
