I have expressed concern about the anti-bullying efforts made by the state of New Jersey, specifically that the program didn’t involve any efforts to help the bully with his or her anger.
It is impossible to stop bullying without compassion training, which regulates anger and prevents future crime.

showed that anti-bullying programs
did not stop bullying.
