Golden rule may play key role in development

Chris Moore, dean of the faculty of science, sits in the Child Empathy Program lab at the Dalhousie University Life Sciences Centre in Halifax on Friday. Co-author of a study of children’s behaviour, he says kids as young as three can be aware of how their actions affect others.
