C&C Empathy Training Ltd, provides specialised training to empower health and social care professionals to safeguard well-being and prevent prolonged psychological harm to both service users and staff within the complaints system and in all communication settings.
Our training is designed from both a service user and nursing perspective with these being represented by the two Directors, who have developed the courses together. With both humanistic, behavioural psychology and influences from psychological therapies embedded in the training.
